Happy Monday everyone! With the fantastic weather we’re having in San Francisco, I just had to take advantage and walk around some of my favorite parts of town! Also, if you didn’t know this, San Francisco tends to get great weather later in the year (September, October, and November) where during the day its 70 degrees, sunny, and clear. So, yeah, welcome Fall!
Speaking of the Fall season - I love being comfortable and cozy, especially in leather! I usually try to buy staple leather pieces in early Autumn since they exude warmth and beauty. Also, leather is akin to having an investment to your wardrobe because like a fine wine, it just gets better over time! This year, my greatest discovery has been Patricia Nash! They are a go-to brand for high quality leather pieces inspired by travel, adventures and artistry. Check out their fall line HERE.
Sporting my new Marcella Cognac Tooled Snake booties and Alimena Heritage bag (which I’ve been looking forward to wearing since receiving them in the mail) - I excitedly headed out to check out a new brunch spot by my house while admiring the quaint North Beach neighborhood.
A quick outfit change and I’m off to the colorful Haight Ashbury neighborhood for a photo walk and a fix of outstanding, historical San Francisco architecture.
Afterwards, in the afternoon (after another outfit change lol) it’s time for a little caffeine pick-me-up and a stroll through the urban landscape of downtown San Francisco.
For the perfect ending to a perfect day, I headed across the Bay to the amazing views at Battery Spencer for an unforgettable sunset over the Golden Gate Bridge.
Days like this make me feel so lucky and appreciative that I get to live in a city as amazing and varied as San Fransisco. I’ll be forever grateful that life has brought me here! Even better that I get to wear my stylish Patricia Nash fall pieces with the City by the Bay as my backdrop!
xoxo,
Zory

Soon after I purchased the Reformation Gala Top from HERE I stumbled upon a replica of the top online. I decided to buy the Gala Top replica and compare the two.
Shein had done a pretty good job imitating the silhouette of the Reformation Gala Top. From a distance one cannot really tell the two apart. The real difference is the fabric. Reformation has used a soft Tencel® lyocell and linen that feels expensive to the touch. Shein’s replica is advertised as a cotton blend but the fabric is thin and feels plastic to the touch. Another difference is that Shein does not carry a XS size like Reformation.
The price of the Reformation Gala top is $148 vs $18 for Shein’s replica. I’d say if you are planning to wear the top a lot get the Reformation quality made piece and enjoy it’s fine fabric. If you are shopping for a catchy romantic silhouette but you are not planning to live in this top go for the Shein’s replica.
You can get the original Reformation Gala Top from HERE or HERE.
